Gary and Compass represented us as Sellers. I was very impressed with the expertise and guidance from Gary and the Compass team. We had some issues selling our property in Summer 2024. We called Gary after it didn't go well. He was creative in his approach to price and time of the year to sell. We ended up with basically a full-price offer - in a buyers market - and only had the house on the market for about a month before the offer. We had lots of showings immediately. That is VERY good in the Big Bear market. I also really appreciated their approach to using analytics software to present his findings and keep us up to date of progress along the way. You don't find many agents in Big Bear using tech tools - I really respected and appreciated the office's commitment to using new tools to give them the edge. At the end of closing, the buyers went dark, missed some deadlines - and start to worry us. Gary stuck with it, supported our anxiety in the process, and brought the sale home for us.
